If you are an owner of an Xbox 360 or just like consoles and gaming in general then you have probably already seen all the fuss about Xbox 360 Repair.

It seems that every man and his dog with an Xbox 360 have at one time encountered problems with the Xbox 360. Microsoft’s announcement of Halo Waypoint, the Halo "destination" coming to Xbox Live this Fall, was light on details, overshadowed by the reveal of the Halo Legends anime series. Fortunately, 343 Industries’ Frank O’Connor was at Comic-Con to clear things up.

Waypoint will offer Halo enthusiasts access to audio and video content in addition to community features and the option to follow your "Halo career." O’Connor explained that Waypoint will track the Halo games you play, the achievements you unlock and other aspects not directly tied to "Halo 3, Halo Wars, and Halo games ongoing."

O’Connor says that Waypoint, accessed from the Xbox 360 dashboard, and likely from the My Xbox section, will be a "really good place for you to interact with other people."

"There’s a lot more to Waypoint than just watching movies and listening to podcasts," he said, saying that fans of the series are underserved on their Xboxes.

I noticed on eBay that the Xbox 360 arcade version is a lot cheaper than the standard Xbox 360, why is this, can I do the same with the arcade version as I can with the Xbox that is $349 in best buy or the standard premium version?

APB developer RealTime Worlds has said that the online market still has a lot of untapped potential and can offer new creative and business opportunities for developers.

Speaking at the Develop conference in Brighton, RTW boss David Jones said the company has assessed all the growing areas in the videogame market – including social, iPhone and Wii gaming – but it became clear that next-gen technology and online opportunities are where "the big dollars are".

"One of the reasons we want to go into the online space is because it opens a wealth of opportunities," said Jones. "Online, as far as I’m concerned, is very, very much untapped. It’s kind of like winding the clock back ten or fifteen years. There’s a huge amount of scope of online for innovation and for forging genres to really set a bench mark in many different areas."

Gearbox would "love to do a demo," says studio writer Mikey Neumann, and they talk about it "every day" but it might never happen – they just don’t know yet.

There’s "a lot of factors" keeping them on the game and off a demo right now, they can’t predict how time’s "going to work out" on the project, but they’re "doing really well" though.
